"FUN IS NOT A DIRTY WORD!”

Very so often I hear of people complaining about their boring, monotonous work environment, but when I challenge them to try and incorporate some fun themselves, I get the excuse “It’s just not that kind of company”

Working myself in various (public, semi public and government) sectors, I can truly attest that there is no such thing.

No matter how official or dry your work environment is, the opportunity to inject a bit of joy is always possible!

Energy is contagious and so if you start with one small gesture, you’ll notice that spreading and eventually becoming the culture of the place you work in.
